THE BRIEF
This intimate wedding took place at the classy and luxurious Talbooth House & Spa, and Talbooth Restaurant in Dedham, Essex.
As an early September wedding, we were still graced with plentiful summer blooms to choose from, ideal for the classic white and green colour scheme M & B opted for.

PERSONAL FLOWERS
Creating elegant flowers to compliment the elegant venue aesthetic was a must for this wedding. M loved my signature wild & whimsical style, so we incorporated this throughout all the personal flowers.
M’s dress was simple and sophisticated, whilst her bridesmaid’s dress had a stunning floral pattern, meaning that the bouquets needed to compliment the dresses without distracting from the style. Bouncy foliage helped create a free flowing structure.
M & B’s daughter wore a beautiful flower girl dress, and I created a flower wand for her to carry throughout the day.
Buttonholes were a classic rose with foliage – I even created a mini button hole for M & B’s young son!

THE CEREMONY
The ceremony room at Talbooth House & Spa oozes modern elegance. As a result, we wanted to keep the ceremony arrangements simple. We opted for arrangements which focused on an abundance of foliage for the aisle, whilst creating a tall installation with gold frames to create a focal point around the ceremony table.
All of the ceremony flowers could be easily transported over to the reception area so that they could be repurposed throughout the day.

THE WEDDING BREAKFAST
As it was a small, intimate wedding, M & B didn’t require lots of additional flowers for the wedding breakfast. As a result, we got creative and simply repurposed the aisle candles and foliage for the guest tables, whilst using the ceremony flowers to frame the top table.
